How Topping Up Actually Works on GrandReload (And Why We Don’t Accept Direct Transfers)
If you’re new to GrandReload, here’s a straightforward walkthrough of how a top-up actually happens — and why we made a deliberate choice about how you pay us.
The process, step by step
- Pick your game and package — head to the product page for Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, or whatever you’re topping up, and choose the Diamond/UC/currency amount you want.
- Enter your account details — this is the part players sometimes get nervous about, but it’s simple: just your in-game User ID (and Zone ID, if your game uses one). You can find both directly under your in-game nickname.
- Checkout and pay — review your order, confirm your ID is correct, and pay through our secure checkout.
- Instant delivery — once payment is confirmed, your top-up is sent straight to your game account automatically. No waiting on a manual approval, no messaging an admin.
Why we don’t accept direct bank transfers
You might notice GrandReload doesn’t offer “transfer to this account, then send us a screenshot” as a payment option — and that’s intentional, not an oversight.
Direct transfers require you to trust that we’ll actually deliver after you’ve already sent money, with no automated system verifying anything in between. It’s slower, it’s manual, and honestly, it’s the payment method most associated with top-up scams — because there’s no institution standing between you and the seller.
Instead, every payment on GrandReload goes through a licensed payment gateway. That means:
- We never see or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials. That information goes directly to the payment provider — not to us.
- The transaction is verified automatically. The moment payment clears, our system is notified and your order processes immediately — no manual review needed.
- Refund and dispute protection exists. Because a real payment company is in the middle of the transaction, you have more recourse than a screenshot-based bank transfer ever gives you.
In short: it’s just us (WooCommerce, our store platform) and the payment company talking to each other about whether your payment succeeded. Your sensitive financial info never sits in a spreadsheet or inbox somewhere on our end — because it never comes to us at all.
Bottom line
We built the payment flow this way because we’d want it this way if we were the ones topping up. Fast for you, accountable on our end, and nothing sensitive changing hands outside of a system built specifically to handle it securely.
