This Privacy Policy explains how AURORA FX TECHNOLOGY LLP (“GrandReload”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your personal data when you use GrandReload.com. We process your data in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) and, where applicable, Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law for our Indonesian customers.
1. Who We Are
GrandReload.com is operated by AURORA FX TECHNOLOGY LLP, registered in Singapore under UEN T24LL0524D, registered address 7030 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 5, #08-106, Northstar @ AMK, Singapore 569880.
2. Data We Collect
2.1 Account Data. If you register an account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored securely, never in plain text).
2.2 Order Data. When you place an order, we collect billing details (name, phone number, email), the destination account details required to deliver your Product (e.g. User ID, Zone ID, phone number), and order history.
2.3 Payment Data. Payment is processed by our payment partner, iPaymu. GrandReload does not store your full card number, bank account details, or e-wallet credentials — these are handled directly by iPaymu on their secure infrastructure. We only receive confirmation of payment success or failure.
2.4 Technical Data. We automatically collect IP address, browser type, device information, and pages visited, to operate and secure the Platform and prevent fraud.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to: process and deliver your orders; provide customer support; verify payment and prevent fraud; send order confirmations and delivery status updates; and, where you have opted in, send promotional communications about GrandReload offers.
4. Sharing Your Data
4.1 Fulfilment Partners. To deliver digital Products, we share the minimum necessary order and destination account information with our fulfilment supplier (Digiflazz) so your order can be processed.
4.2 Payment Processor. Your payment is handled directly by iPaymu; their processing of your payment data is governed by iPaymu’s own privacy policy.
4.3 Legal Requirements. We may disclose data where required by law, to prevent fraud, or to protect our legal rights.
4.4 We Do Not Sell Your Data. GrandReload does not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention
We retain order and account data for as long as your account is active and as required to meet accounting, tax, and legal record-keeping obligations, after which it is deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS/SSL encryption on all pages, to protect your data. No online system is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password for your account.
