How Topping Up Actually Works on GrandReload (And Why We Don’t Accept Direct Transfers)
If you’re new to GrandReload, here’s a straightforward walkthrough of how an order actually happens — and why we made a deliberate choice about how you pay us.
The process, step by step
- Pick your product — head to the product page for your game top-up (Mobile Legends, Free Fire, PUBG Mobile, etc.) or gift card (PlayStation, Google Play, etc.) and choose the amount or denomination you want.
- Enter the required details — this varies slightly depending on what you’re buying:
- Direct top-ups need your in-game User ID (and Zone ID, if your game uses one). You can find both under your in-game nickname — each product page has specific instructions if you’re not sure where to look.
- Gift cards don’t need any in-game info — just make sure the email on your account/order is correct, since that’s where your code will be sent.
- Checkout and pay — review your order, confirm your details are correct, and pay through our secure checkout.
- Delivery — how this works depends on your product:
- Direct top-ups: once payment is confirmed, your Diamonds, UC, or in-game currency is sent straight to your account automatically. No waiting on manual approval, no messaging an admin.
- Gift cards: once payment is confirmed, your redeemable code is sent to your email and order page immediately. You then redeem it yourself on the relevant platform (PlayStation Store, Google Play, etc.) — instructions are on your product page.
After payment, how do you know it worked?
You’ll get an order confirmation on-screen and via email the moment your order is processed.
- Direct top-ups: return to your game — your balance should update within moments.
- Gift cards: check your email or order page for your code — it’ll be there as soon as payment clears.
Still don’t see it after a few minutes? Contact us with your order number and we’ll check it right away.
Why we don’t accept direct bank transfers
You might notice GrandReload doesn’t offer “transfer to this account, then send us a screenshot” as a payment option — and that’s intentional, not an oversight.
Direct transfers require you to trust that we’ll actually deliver after you’ve already sent money, with no automated system verifying anything in between. It’s slower, it’s manual, and honestly, it’s the payment method most associated with top-up scams — because there’s no institution standing between you and the seller.
Instead, every payment on GrandReload goes through a licensed payment gateway. That means:
- We never see or store your card, bank, or e-wallet credentials. That information goes directly to the payment provider — not to us.
- The transaction is verified automatically. The moment payment clears, our system is notified and your order processes immediately — no manual review needed.
- You have more protection than a screenshot ever gives you. Because a licensed payment company sits in the middle of the transaction, you typically have more recourse through them than a direct bank transfer offers, where it’s just your word against the seller’s.
In short: it’s just us (our store platform) and the payment company talking to each other about whether your payment succeeded. Your sensitive financial info never sits in a spreadsheet or inbox somewhere on our end — because it never comes to us at all.

Bottom line
We built the payment and delivery flow this way because we’d want it this way if we were the ones ordering. Fast for you, accountable on our end, and nothing sensitive changing hands outside of a system built specifically to handle it securely.
